2026 East Coast Children’s Ministry Conference – Registration Open!

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for our 2026 East Coast Children’s Ministry Conference! Join us for a time of encouragement, equipping, fellowship, and worship at the Children’s Ministry Conference at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia on August 14-15th. Whether you’re new in Children’s Ministry or have been faithfully serving for years, the goal of this conference is to set aside some time to intentionally seek the Lord with others who share a heart for discipling the next generation.

This year’s conference will also have an emphasis on Special Needs and Disability Ministry. Special guests from both Joni & Friends and SOAR Special Needs, in addition to some of our special needs ministry team here at CCPhilly, will lead workshops to equip you to better serve the families in your fellowships and communities who are impacted by special needs, whether you’re starting from scratch or already have something in place.

Registration Now Open VBS and Soccer 2026

Registration is now open for our summer Soccer Camp, Vacation Bible School (VBS), and fall Soccer League. Registration for these events is online. If you did not receive a registration email, click here to fill out the form in order to request a link (if you have already been sent a link via email, you do not need to complete this step). If you have any questions, please use the contact form on our sports page to let us know.

Soccer Camp is June 15th-19th from 9am-12pm. VBS is July 13th-17th from 9am-12:30pm. The fall Soccer League runs from August-October, with practices on weeknights in August and games on Saturdays from the end of August to the end of October. For more info on these events, click on the links below:

We also need volunteers for all of these events. If interested, fill out the volunteer form on our volunteer page. Please note, all volunteers must attend Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia and complete a background check.

Easter Services 4/5/26

Easter services for Sunday, April 5th, 2026 will be at 6 am, 8 am, 10 am, and 12 pm. Children’s ministry will be available at 8 am, 10 am, and 12 pm for nursery through 5th grade (there will be no childcare at the 6 am service). Special needs will be open during the 10 am service. There will be no Sunday night service on the 5th.
